Thanks again for your lovely comment Sara!! Hehe, glad it was good for a giggle, the hormones sure are a wild ride. Thanks also for your advice about labour, I do trust my body will do what it needs to when the time comes and that no matter what happens, when I have a healthy little babe in my hand nothing else matters.

I love the chia fresca with lime, cayenne and cinnamon. And my kids love the chia pudding with pinapple, banana, and mint.

I LOVE Chia seeds. I have been using them for a few months and really notice when I stop taking them. Initially, I was using them in my 4pm smoothies (I have 3 babies and I starve through their witching hour if I don't eat). The seeds help me feel full, therefore eat less at dinner and no snacking after. I've also used them as an egg substitute. Fantastic! I've been trying the Chia Fresca in the mornings. Love it. And, they've helped me lose weight. What don't these seeds do?!

This made me laugh out loud in parts, remembering the cravings and the crazy hormonal changes and crying for no reason. I wasn't sick, which was really lucky but I remember thinking about food 24/7 and I could've walked to the moon and back if it were possible - the gentle movement felt so good and allowed me to nap, nap, nap! You may as well sleep now and store some up!

My advice is any day is too soon to freak out about labour. Its unavoidable and what will be will be. Trust that your body has centuries of wisdom to draw from and let nature take its course - it's one day of this journey. Once you see that baby, none of it matters anyway. (Would you believe that was advice from a doctor? He was SO right.)

So fun to read about your journey and see you loving every moment. :)
